Advisory Opinions of the Ethics Review Panel of the Board of Education of Baltimore County

In accordance with Board of Education Policy 8366, the Ethics Review Panel (“ERP”) serves as an advisory body to the Board of Education of Baltimore County to interpret the Ethics Code Policies (“Code”) and to advise all persons who are subject to the Code. These opinions represent the ERP’s advice to employees and interested persons about the application of the Code to specific conduct or behavior.
