The Board of Education of Baltimore County has adopted Diligent Community as its new board management software (replacing BoardDocs). With Diligent Community, Team BCPS stakeholders will be able to register to receive automatic updates about meetings and hearings. The platform allows users to explore meeting agendas, minutes, policies, and other documents through a new, easy-to-use public site. The new platform will be live beginning September 2026.

Regularly scheduled Board meetings are broadcast through the online Live Meeting Broadcast, YouTube, and on BCPS-TV (Comcast Xfinity channel 1073, Verizon FiOS channel 34).
The Board welcomes individuals and organizations to attend all public meetings of the Board and to address its members, even when those meetings are held virtually. For those interested in speaking at Board meetings, visit the Board’s Participation by the Public page for registration information.
