We are excited to bring you back into the virtual classroom starting December 2, 2020. We will be utilizing familiar resources such as Google Meet and Schoology to resume virtual instruction.

For staff

Specific information for school-based staff

At this time*:

  • Use the web version of BCPS email and the Microsoft Outlook app from the app store on your phone. Do not use Microsoft Outlook (the program on your computer) until further notice.

  • Do not click links or download attachments in BCPS email unless you independently verify with the sender that it is a valid link or attachment. If you were not expecting an email, do not open it.

  • Access BCPS Office365 (OneDrive, Online Word, Online Excel, Online PowerPoint and SharePoint).

  • Access BCPS Microsoft Teams from your device, phone or via the online version.

  • Access BCPS Google (Meet, Drive, etc.).

  • Access BCPS Schoology.

Student meals

As usual, student meals are provided at no cost on Mondays and Wednesdays at more than 300 locations (times vary) including all middle and high schools from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
