About The Office of Temporary Services:

The Office of Temporary Services in the Division of Human Resources is responsible for hiring contractual, temporary, and school-based substitute employees for Baltimore County Public Schools. The services of these employees provide our school system the opportunity to continue a quality education program when additional staffing is needed and/or when staff members are absent.
