EAP logo
The Baltimore County Public School's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a no-cost, confidential benefit for all active BCPS employees (full and part-time) and their household members. There is no charge for EAP services, and these services are not tied to your health plan coverage. The EAP provides information, support, short-term counseling (up to 10 sessions per individual, per concern, per year) with licensed mental health clinicians, and an extensive listing of work/life resources and referrals. These include childcare, adoption, eldercare, home care, pet care, legal questions, financial questions, relocation, summer youth activities, coping with disasters, and others.

Employees and their household members can access all EAP services 24/7 directly by calling the toll-free number 888-431-4334 or online at www.myCigna.com - use employer ID baltimore.
