Summer Meals

Summer Food Service Program (SFSP)

When school is out, kids are still in need of nutritious meals! Learn more about the many programs that we will offer this year. As new information becomes available, it will be updated on these pages.

Community (Public) Meal Sites:
All children ages 2 – 18 are welcome to visit any community site and enjoy lunch each day. The meals are required to be eaten on site and are located in qualifying areas. We are currently determining where these sites will be located. Our goal is to establish community (public) sites where a concentration of kids plan to be each day (public pool, park, community center). If you have a suggestion for a site location, please let us know!! If there are kids there every day, we’ll come!  Suggest a location.

Organized Program Sites:
We provide meals to over 300 programs each summer throughout the county. If you operate a summer camp, daycare program, sports team, religious group, etc., and have 25+ kids each day, we’ll bring meals to you for each day of your program. Register your program.
Registration is now OPEN!

Baltimore County Public Schools – Summer School:
All students that will attend summer school from July 8th through August 2nd will receive free breakfast and lunch every day. There is no registration required for meals. If a student is enrolled in summer school, they will automatically be able to receive a meal.

Bulk Meal Distribution:
This year, there may be an opportunity to distribute bulk meals that can be taken home, in very specific rural locations. The goal is to provide a one-week supply of breakfast and lunch for each of your children, every week.
