The primary goal of Food and Nutrition Services (FNS) is to increase student achievement with the support of nutritious meals.

For many of our children, summer vacation does not mean “Fun in the Sun” but rather an increased risk of hunger and developmental decline.

Since good nutrition is essential for learning, it should not stop during the summer. Our hope is to connect with the community through the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) so children may return to school ready to learn.
