The Division of Fiscal Services within Business Services is dedicated to provide professional and efficient financial services, which meet the highest standards of accountability and equitably allocate resources in partnership with schools, to develop globally competitive 21st century graduates.
Services Provided:
- Preparing, managing, and monitoring the operating and capital budgets for BCPS.
- Preparing monthly financial status reports for the Board of Education.
- Provides training, guidance, and support to both offices and schools in budget formulation and management.
