Technology Support Services is an office within the Department of Information Technology. TSS's mission is to provide service and support for all technology needs.
A dedicated Help Desk as well as Certified Technicians from both BCPS and our partner vendor support teachers, students, office administrative staff and central office personnel. In addition, TSS has a small group of highly skilled IT Analysts, and a Repair Shop that services all technology equipment at BCPS. The Technology Support Services Office establishes quality relationships with all customers in Baltimore County Public Schools in order to provide the highest level of service.
