BCPS Volunteer Application Process
Step 1: Complete the BCPS Volunteer Orientation
Create or log into your Vector Solutions account to complete the BCPS Volunteer Orientation. The training is available in English and Spanish. Once the user has logged in, language selection is at the top right next to the profile picture. If you have completed training in the past but don't remember your login information, please email your school's volunteer coordinator for assistance in recovery.
After you complete the training, the system will generate a certificate for you to print, save, or take a screenshot of. You will need to submit a copy along with your application. We encourage you to save one for your records.
Step 2: Submit a BCPS Volunteer Application along with your training certificate
We have two options for you to fill out an application. You will need to submit your training certificate with either option.
- Online Application Option *NEW*
We have introduced a new online volunteer application for this school year. You will submit your training certificate through this application. Volunteers will receive an email from the school volunteer coordinator once the application is approved.
- Paper Application Option
This application is not submitted automatically, so you will need to save a copy to your device or print it for your records. Be sure to read and complete each section carefully. You will need to submit a copy along with your training certificate to your school's volunteer coordinator either by email or by providing a hard copy.
