ELD Centers

Magnet Schools
Students must apply and be accepted in order to attend a magnet school. More information about the magnet school application process can be found by visiting the website of the Office of Magnet Programs.

Special Education
Students with an IEP and who require the needs of a special school, must initially be enrolled in the zoned school. More information about the IEP placement process can be found by visiting the website of the Office of Special Education.
Special Enrollments
Students do not live with a biological parent/legal guardian OR their parent/legal guardian is not a homeowner or leaseholder of the enrolling address. More information about special enrollments can be found by visiting the Residency Liaison website.

- See required vaccines for school
- Students missing required vaccine(s) must have an appointment to obtain missing vaccine(s) or records within 20 days.

Additional health forms are required for all new students and should be submitted to the school nurse in the first 6 months after enrollment.
Early Childhood Forms –
