ESS Growth Chart

An electronic listing of courses recorded for MSDE certification and salary lane advancement is now available in Employee Self-Service (ESS). A summary chart totaling the number of credits recorded is also available. The training tab under the View Profile link currently reflects coursework recorded in your electronic human resources record. See the How to Read Your ESS Growth Chart guide to learn more about this new feature.
If employees discover issues with their growth chart and/or wish to initiate a salary lane advancement, please complete the Growth Chart Reconciliation and Salary Lane Advancement Form. Submitted forms are reviewed monthly and employees should expect a response the month following the submission.
