Dear BCPS Families, Staff and Community Members,
Welcome to the 2022-2023 school year! Today, we will welcome more than 111,000 students back to our classrooms and school buildings. Team BCPS staff have been preparing for this day all summer and we are excited to welcome our students back for what we know will be an incredible school year. While the school year is new, our mission and commitment remain unchanged—to raise the bar, close achievement and opportunity gaps and prepare every student for the future.
