you reporting fraud, waste, or abuse that involves a BCPS employee, or a vendor doing business with BCPS?
2. Do you know the names and/or job titles of the people involved?
3. Do you know how and where the alleged incident was committed, and the approximate timeframe?
4. Do you have documents, images, or direct observation of the alleged incident?
Fraud, waste, and abuse hotline reports are reviewed by the Chief Auditor, Audit Manager and a Senior Auditor to determine whether investigation is
necessary by Internal Audit staff or if the report is not fraud, waste, or abuse.
