  • Community Assistance Network, Inc.  (CAN)CAN operates seven community outreach centers in Baltimore County 410-887-4091 and 410-887-4092

  • Conflict Resolution Center This center provides conflict resolution services to individuals, communities and organizations.

  • Foreclosure Prevention This site provides information and resources on how to avoid foreclosure.

  • Food Pantry.org – Baltimore, Maryland Food Pantries. A comprehensive list of food assistance programs provides full descriptions, pictures, hours, volunteer information, etc.

  • GrandFacts State fact sheet for grandparents and other relatives raising children. www.aarp.org/content/dam/aarp/relationships/friends-family/grandfacts/..

  • Medical Assistance Outreach The BCPS Office of Third Party Billing provides an Outreach Worker to help BCPS' families apply for medical assistance and other medical benefit programs on behalf of their children and families.
