| 2023 Kindergarten Readiness Assessment |
The Kindergarten Readiness Assessment (KRA) is designed for students entering kindergarten to measure a student’s readiness across multiple domains, including language and literacy, mathematics, physical well-being and motor development, and social foundations. The KRA uses multiple item types, including selected response and performance tasks to measure specific skills and behaviors to determine overall readiness for kindergarten, as well as readiness in each of the four domains. |
| 2024 MAP Winter Results |
In the Winter of 2024, the MAP Growth assessments in ELA and Mathematics were administered to BCPS students in Grades K–8 from Monday, January 22, 2024, through Friday, February 24, 2024. Student results are reported over time by scale score and percentile rank for achievement and growth. |
| 2023 SAT Day Data Report |
In the Spring of 2023, students in Grade 11 participated in SAT Day. Results are reported over time by participation rate, mean score, college and career benchmark met and disaggregated by student race / ethnicity and by student special service group.

| 2024 Climate Survey System Report |
The Baltimore County Public Schools Climate Survey polls all facets of Team BCPS. Results offer insights into the environment of schools and workplaces, guiding the implementation of strategies and interventions for continuous improvement.

| 2023 Adjusted Cohort 4-Year Graduation and Dropout Rates |
The Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) releases the adjusted cohort graduation rate in the spring of the following year. This report provides graduation and dropout findings and trend data by system, student groups, and schools.

| 2024 Blueprint Implementation Plan |
BCPS aspires to operationalize priority work through the Blueprint Implementation Plan, including academic achievement, infrastructure, safety and climate, and highly effective educators, leaders, and staff. Academic achievement is further broken down into four focal content and service areas: ELA, Mathematics, Special Education, and English language development for multilingual learners. The Blueprint Implementation Plan informs the work of Team BCPS to support all children in becoming college, career, and community ready.

2023 Homeless Education Program Review

Continuing to increase educational access and the success of students and families experiencing homelessness is a priority for Baltimore County Public Schools. This report summaries the progress made in the Homeless Education Program with the development and implementation of the Homeless Education Program Strategic Multi-Year Plan. It also outlines actions taken to address the needs of students and families experiencing homelessness.
