Newly constructed schools by the BCPS Office of Facilities Construction and Improvement are designed with the environment in mind through the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) and Green Globes Certification.

BCPS currently has two LEED Gold schools and fourteen LEED Silver schools*, listed below. There are also six schools pursuing LEED Silver Certification and two schools pursuing Green Globes Certification.
