The Climate and Culture Development team partners with principals to foster inclusive school climates and cultures that promote high expectations for all students. We support central office staff to ensure the implementation of instructional practices that meet the needs of each student. We also provide professional development to BCPS staff on a broad range of topics related to high expectations teaching, high expectations for staff, opportunity and belonging, and differentiating to meet student needs.
