Team BCPS welcomes students back for a productive, promising year

Gone are the days of snacking on popsicles, lathering up on sunblock and swimming with friends at the pool.

Boarding school buses, catching carpools and walking along crosswalks, more than 108,000 Baltimore County Public Schools students returned to their respective schools on Monday, August 26 for the first day of the 2013-2014 academic year. Across the district, the students arrived as eager and energized as ever.

From the redesigned website to the completed school renovation projects to the new middle- and high-school Student Town Halls, the students’ enthusiasm stretched across the spectrum of happenings occurring throughout the year in the BCPS school system.

Sharing in the excitement, Team BCPS is thrilled to welcome the students back to school for a productive and promising year.
