Transition from Kelly Education to Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS)
School Year 2026–2027
Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS) is excited to welcome substitute teachers as we transition substitute services from Kelly Education to BCPS for the 2026–2027 school year.
To support this transition, the Office of Substitutes will host both virtual informational meetings and in-person sessions. These meetings will provide important details regarding:
