The Baltimore County Public Schools' Customer Service Center (CSC) assists active and former employees, as well as retirees, to navigate the areas of benefits, retirement, payroll, and leaves.

Current BCPS employees can access a catalog of knowledge articles in Oracle that provides answers to commonly asked questions. Articles can be found under the "MY HELP" tab in Oracle.
