The Employee Wellness Program is not a new initiative. It has been an ongoing endeavor that several of you have taken part and received great benefits. With all that has happened in the world beyond our school and office doors, it is imperative that we place an even higher degree of importance on personal health and wellness.
One of the goals for this program is to increase employee happiness at work. We want you to feel supported and encouraged to play an active role in meeting your individual health needs. To help achieve these goals, the Employee Wellness Program will continue to offer a wholistic approach to enriching the lives of BCPS staff through thoughtful and engaging programming.
