BCPS salaried employees (CASE, OPE, TABCO, and salaried non-represented) employees will be moving to pay in arrears on July 1, 2025, as we transition to the new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System-Oracle.
What does this mean for you?
- The last pay-to-date paycheck will be issued on June 20, 2025.
- The first paycheck in the new ERP system will be July 11, 2025, for five days.
- A payroll advance of up to five days is being offered to you to offset the three-week gap caused by the transition from the current system to pay in arrears.
How do I sign up for the pay advance?
- Should you choose to take the five-day advance pay, please complete the form to enroll in the program. The schedule to payback the advance will be over 20 pay periods for all employees in the program beginning with the October 3, 2025, pay date, and ending on June 26, 2026, pay date.
- The enrollment period to opt in is from February 10, - April 30, 2025. There will not be another opportunity to enroll after the deadline.
- Should you choose to NOT take the advance pay option, do nothing and you will receive a paycheck for five days for 12-month employees on July 11, 2025, and 10-month employees on September 5, 2025.
