About the Efficiency Review

The main objective of conducting an operational review is to increase efficiency and effectiveness by identifying and prioritizing opportunities for financial and operational improvements. This webpage is designed to provide transparency related to Baltimore County Public Schools implementation of recommendations contained in the Operational Efficiency Report Review by Public Works LLC. BCPS is taking a balanced and studied approach to review the recommendations. An outline of the process is linked here.
