programs, resources, and services funded through the Federal Title I, Part A and McKinney-Vento grants to ensure that all students have a
fair, equal and significant opportunity to excel in Baltimore County
Public Schools.

For the 2026-2027 Fiscal and School Year, we serve students experiencing
homelessness, students attending elementary schools with a poverty rate
of 50% or higher, middle schools with a poverty rate of 60% or higher,
and high schools at the federal mandatory poverty threshold of 75% or
higher, as well as students attending approved institutions.
