The Office of Online and Extended Learning Programs includes the Home and Hospital and the Online Learning Program. Extended Learning Opportunities, including the Extended Day Learning Program (EDLP), Extended Year Learning Program (EYLP), Credit Recovery (SPARC), BCDC, and AVID are also in the office. Please click on links of interest on the left-side menu to learn more. 

Applications for the BCPS Online Learning Program (OLP) for school year 2026-2027 will open at 1:00 PM on 11/7/2025. 
The application will close promptly at 1 pm on 12/12/2025.

Elementary and Middle School lottery results will be available on January 23, 2026.

High School lottery results will be available on March 27, 2026.
