
June 6, 2025 Staff Update: Compensation Agreements
Dear Team BCPS –
On May 30, I shared that four of the five employee associations have signed agreements for a delayed compensation package that fully funds negotiated contracts. I want to be clear that these agreements make only one change to the original contract: the beginning and end dates for years two and three (see below). All other aspects of the agreement – including the term and salary amounts for staff members – are the same as in the original contract.

Despite the difficult fiscal climate, ensuring competitive compensation has been a priority.
