6-20-25:

• Grading and Storm Water Management (SWM) permits have been approved. Building permit pending.
• Site work to start within two weeks.
• On site surveying is ongoing
  • Marking of Trees to remain is underway and will be complete by 6/20/25.
  • Stake out of major site features will be complete on 6/20/25 for neighbor walkthrough – June 30, 2025 at 6 p.m.

6-30-25:

• Clarification - Walking path at south side of property will remain as a “Dirt Pathway”.

Early July Update:

• Install sediment erosion controls
• Install site security fencing
• Begin forestry work
• Install temporary construction offices

Mid July Update:

• Ongoing sediment and erosion controls installation
• Site security fencing ongoing
• Tree removal ongoing
• Temporary construction facilities ongoing
• Miscellaneous site demolition

Early August Update:

• Sediment and erosion controls and site stabilization ongoing

8-7-25:

• The dirt pathway near the bridge by the baseball field will be closed for the duration of construction due to safety concerns.

2026

• Retaining wall installation begins approximately 1/10 – weather permitting

• Slab on grade installation - Earlier start times may occur to take advantage of suitable weather conditions for concrete pours.

• Systems – school addition mechanical, electrical, and plumbing ongoing
• Stadium renovations – track, turf, comfort station, ticket booth, bleachers, and press box progressing

June Update:

• Sitework – grading, utilities, and retaining walls ongoing
• Structure – school addition floor slabs and steel erection ongoing
• Architecture – school addition masonry walls and framing ongoing  
• Systems – school addition mechanical, electrical, and plumbing in progress
• Stadium renovations – track, turf, comfort station, ticket booth, bleachers, and press box ongoing 
• BGE Project – roadway infrastructure upgrades on Aigburth Rd ongoing

July Update:

• Sitework – grading, utilities, and retaining walls ongoing
• Structure – school addition stairways 
• Architecture – school addition interior and exterior walls 
• Systems – school addition mechanical, electrical, and plumbing ongoing
• Stadium renovations – track, turf, comfort station, ticket booth, bleachers, and press box ongoing 
• BGE Project – roadway infrastructure upgrades on Aigburth Rd ongoing
• Work start and stop times are determined by the contractor as required to achieve the project schedule based on manpower, weather, and on-site trade coordination.
