Preparing for your visit to the Multilingual Welcome Center

Students must come to the Multilingual Welcome Center with a parent or legal guardian and bring with them the following documents: 

1. Proof of residency (deed or lease for an address in Baltimore County);
2. Three documents that contain a date within 60 days, the parent / guardian’s name, and address under which student is being enrolled; List of acceptable documents - Spanish
3. Photo identification of parent/guardian enrolling student;
4. Birth certificate or other documentation of student’s name and age;
5. Proof of immunization (Students missing required vaccine(s) must have an appointment to obtain missing vaccine(s) or records within 20 days)
6. Transcripts or report cards from schools previously attended.
