April 24, 2024 Staff and Community Update: Updated Information: Staff Professional Development -- Summer 2024
Dear Colleagues—
BCPS is committed to improving, expanding, and aligning professional learning opportunities for all Team BCPS staff. Comprehensive, engaging and effective professional development is vital to moving our school system forward.
We are excited to focus on professional learning and pleased to share our 2024 in- person, summer professional development (PD) schedule. Staff are strongly encouraged to attend all applicable professional learning sessions this summer. BCPS has targeted significant resources to develop collaborative learning environments and opportunities for all staff. Please note, staff who do not complete their professional learning on the identified PD days will be required to participate in makeup sessions in the fall.
