BCPS Fest KidsJoin Baltimore County Public Schools for a free outdoor festival to kick off the upcoming 2022-2023 school year.

  • Take a break in our Story Time Tent with special guest readers.
  • Get up close and personal with an antique fire engine.
  • Be entertained by talented BCPS students and staff.
  • Learn more about BCPS programs, services, and employment opportunities.
  • Visit the BCPS Parentmobile for ideas about ways to support student success.
  • Free gift bags for the first 500 students who visit at least 10 vendors!
  • Get a COVID vaccine from the Baltimore County Health Department.

Parking

Free limited will be available on the Carver Center parking lot accessible from Kenilworth Dr. 

Additional free parking will be available at BCPS headquarters/Greenwood, 6901 N. Charles St., Towson 21204. Park on the lot in front of Building E. BCPS will provide free shuttle buses to and from Carver Center every 15 minutes from 10:45 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. 

Participants are also encouraged to travel to the event via the Baltimore County circulator -- The Loop. The closest stop to the school campus is stop 40 on the orange line. 


This year’s entertainers are:

  • Girls Quartet (award-winning a cappella and barbershop quartet whose members include a BCPS educator and a BCPS graduate)
  • Morgan Gonce and Sophia Bryter (George Washington Carver Center for Arts and Technology)
  • Overlea Voices (Overlea High School)
  • Reed Spaulding and band (Towson High School)
  • New Town High Cheerleaders
