Welcome to Kenwood High School where our motto is “Knowledge, Honor, Service” and where our staff works daily to prepare our students to meet the challenges of the 21st century.Kenwood High School is a comprehensive high school with more than 1700 students in grades 9-12. The school has proudly served a diverse suburban area of northeastern Baltimore County since 1932. We offer students a variety of academic opportunities and are home to two magnet programs – the International Baccalaureate program and Sports Science Academy. We continue to expand our course offerings to our students by increasing the number of G/T and Advanced Placement courses. We believe in giving our students opportunities to explore various careers as we offer ten Pathway programs with internships. Students are exposed daily to various forms of technology with the goal to enhance classroom instruction and increase student achievement.
