Perry Hall High School is a 4-year comprehensive school serving approximately 2,200 students with 190 staff members. The school is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools and a member of the College Entrance Examination Board. Perry Hall was recognized as one of "America's Best High Schools" by Newsweek in 2010 and the Washington Post in 2011 and 2012. The school has strong community support and active PTSA, Booster, and Alumni organizations. Our performing arts and athletic programs consistently achieve at the highest levels in county, state and national competitions. Eighty-five percent of our students attend college after receiving their high school diploma. Our students have a seventy-nine percent pass rate on Advanced Placement exams, with 26 Advanced Placement courses being offered to our students this year. HSA scores are consistently above county/state levels, with a current SAT average of 1507 (Math/Verbal/Writing). Perry Hall seniors earn over 7.5 million dollars in academic scholarships every year. We are a place where Tradition, Pride and Excellence form the foundation for everything we accomplish.
