  • Agape Food Pantry Provides groceries to anyone who asks for help regardless of race, religion, socioeconomic status or life choices. Check out the program page for details.

  • Baltimore County Family Navigator Baltimore County Family Navigator Services offers support and guidance while helping families identify their strengths and challenges, find resources, and develop a plan of action. This free service is available to Baltimore County families who have a child with intensive needs related to mental/behavioral health or a developmental disability.

  • Baltimore’s Child Magazine Annual special needs issue meant to be a resource guide for all the families who have a child with special needs, whether medical, physical or mental.

  • Community Resources 2017 -  Baltimore County Department of Aging – A regional publication serving older adults, baby boomers, families, caregivers, persons with disabilities and professionals that includes Baltimore County and City senior centers, libraries, hospitals, government agencies, doctor’s offices, community associations, senior housing , faith communities, business partners, professional conferences, business partners, professional conferences, nutrition sites/services, outreach events and more

  • Conflict Resolution Center This center provides conflict resolution services to individuals, communities and organizations.

  • Medical Assistance Outreach The BCPS Office of Third Party Billing provides an Outreach Worker to help BCPS' families apply for medical assistance and other medical benefit programs on behalf of their children and families.   • Maryland Community Services Locator The Maryland Community Services Locator site provides approximately 9,000 health, social service and criminal justice resource programs in Maryland using this tool.

  • National Alliance on Mental Illness The NAMI Metropolitan Baltimore site provides resources and community education tools that transform the lives of families and individuals living with the debilitating effects of mental illness.

  • NeighborSpace of Baltimore County, Inc.
    Community partners that seek to promote health and well-being, buffer local streams from polluted run-off, and enhance the value of homes and business.
  • Oral Health Resource Guide This guide provides a list of dental public health programs or facilities which provide discounted, low-cost, and/or special needs dental services.

  • Parents' Place of Maryland This site provides information to Maryland families of children with all disabilities and special health care needs.
