• Administrator's Guide to Accessing Third Party Billing Case Management Funds
  

The Administrator's Guide provides a wealth of information to school principals and IEP chairpersons who deal with completing Action Plans, Miscellaneous time sheets, Check Requests, and Purchase Orders. It also informs the Principals and IEP Chairpersons of important deadlines and information that is required in order to submit their forms to the Office of Third Party Billing for payroll, accounting, and purchasing. The Administrator's Guide has all the necessary forms included along with instructions on how to complete each form successfully

• Case Management Training Manual

The Case Management Training Manual contains a variety of important information for submitting and completing encounter data forms correctly according to Medicaid Regulations. The Manual includes such pertinent information as the History & Background of Third Party Billing and the Role of the IEP Chairperson. It also explains Case Management service and it's coordination, Changes in Medicaid Regulations, an explanation of the program for parents/guardians, along with various forms used by the Office of Third Party Billing to capture correct data.

• Related Services Training Manual

The Related Services Training Manual provides pertinent information for Audiologists, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Psychologists, Social Workers and Speech Therapists for submitting encounter data for related services. This manual also includes History and Background information, the operations for the Third Party Billing program and all necessary forms and instructions for capturing data according to State and Federal regulations.

• Third Party Billing Training Manual for Infants & Toddlers Program

The Infants and Toddlers Manual contains information on submitting Third Party Billing for case management, related services, and transportation pertinent to the Baltimore County Infants and Toddlers Program. The manual includes instructions, information, and all forms necessary for submitting this data correctly according to Medicaid guidelines.
