Weight Watchers At Work

To get started, just follow these easy steps:

Step 1: Gather Interest among at least 15-20 people using these materials:

Step 2: Have an Information Registration Session.
Once enough people are interested, contact us to schedule an on-sight Information Registration Session. A Weight Watchers leader will come to your location to meet with your employees and give an overview of our program.

When you set up your Information Registration Session also let us know your top choices for the weekly meeting day and time. We’ll need 45 minutes total each week: 10-15 minutes for confidential weigh-ins followed by a 30-minute meeting.

Step 3: Assign a contact to handle logistics. We also require a site contact person to:

  • Schedule a room for the weekly meetings
  • Be a point of contact for the leader
  • Conduct ongoing marketing to continually bring additional employees into the program
  • Provide a secure small storage area for two boxes, etc.
  • Client contact role and Meeting Logistics
CLIENT CONTACT REWARD: The client contact can get 50% off their own individual series if there are 15 to 19 registrants. If there are 20 or more registrants, their series is FREE. There are varying payment options for members, which will be explained by the leader.

Step 4: Promote the meeting

  • Visit our MARSY marketing system, and go to the Pre-Launch Tab, to download materials.

Please contact me as soon as you have at least 15-20 people interested in attending the WW Information Registration Session. My direct line is 512-391-9394 or you can reach me via email at If you have any questions or need more information don’t hesitate to get in touch.
