Staffing Plan

Local school systems are required by the Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR) 13A.05.02.13D to develop a yearly staffing plan to ensure sufficient staff is available to provide a free appropriate public education (FAPE) in the least restrictive environment (LRE).
