Welcome!  The Department of Planning and Support Operations is part of the Division of Business Services and consists of the Offices of Distribution and Print Services, Food and Nutrition Services, Risk Management, Strategic Planning, and Transportation.

The Department of Planning and Support Operations is responsible for supporting schools and offices with distribution, warehouse, copy and print services, providing a food and nutrition program for all students, implementing a comprehensive risk management program, developing the comprehensive strategic plan for the school system, and designing and developing effective and efficient plans for the transportation of students. 

Additionally, the Department of Planning and Support Operations:

• Researches and assists in space utilization for offices and schools.
  • 2009/2010 Definitions of Schools, Centers, and Programs
• Collaborates with county and state representatives on future growth and development projects that may have an impact on the school system.
• Assists with the capital planning projects for the school system.
• Assists with emergency preparation and response.
