Employee Assistance Program
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) supports the mission of Baltimore County Public Schools by serving as a confidential and no cost benefit for employees and their family members in order to recruit and maintain a quality workforce. EAP services provide support to employees in the performance of their job responsibilities and contribute to a safe, orderly and nurturing learning and work environment.
The EAP helps employees (and their family members) identify and resolve personal and/or workplace problems and concerns. BCPS provides both an internal and external EAP program which offers a variety of services for employees and their family members.
