Content Questionnaire Instructions
The Position Content Questionnaire (PCQ) is used
to request the classification review of an occupied position.
The PCQ is a multi-part form which collects information about
a position from the incumbent employee, his or her immediate
supervisor, departmental manager, and executive director.
This information is used by the Office of Personnel Services in its classification determination.
To request a classification review of their positions, employees
should complete Part I of the PCQ and submit it to their immediate
supervisors. It is important to complete the questionnaire
as instructed and to provide accurate and concise information
regarding the position. |
