The Office of Classification supports the mission of Baltimore
County Public Schools by administering classification and compensation
plans within available resources that provide for the efficient,
equitable, and consistent classification and compensation of employees
and the recruitment of qualified applicants.
The office also coordinates the implementation and management of
related laws and regulations and consults with administrators on
issues regarding office reorganizations and staffing requirements.
