The Office of Temporary Services supports the mission of the Baltimore County Public Schools by developing and administering personnel programs for Temporary and Substitute Employment that provides schools with the opportunity to continue a high quality instructional program focused on student learning.

The Office of Temporary Services also coordinates applicable BCPS services and programs for temporary employees and ensures equity with regard to employment opportunity and salary.
