Programs
Computer Aided Drafting and Design (CADD)
Students master drafting fundamentals with a related emphasizes on mathematics and science, including geometry, trigonometry, chemistry and physics. Upon mastering drafting fundamentals students learn to plan and prepare mechanical, architectural, structural, pneumatic, marine, civil, electric/electronic, topographical, and other drawings using computer-aided drafting equipment and techniques. Students also develop the ability to interpret drawings and to prepare data sheets and written specifications to industry recognized national skill standards using AutoCAD and other leading software. Articulated community college credit may be available to students completing the program successfully.

Applications accepted for entering ninth graders, and on a space-available basis, tenth graders from all attendance areas. Transportation is provided for students zoned to attend middle schools in the Northwest and Southwest areas, as well as Dulaney or Towson High School. |
