Using Publisher in the Teaching and Learning Process

Prerequisite: You must have basic computer skills to participate in this class.

Course Objective(s):

• The participant will create a Quick Publication using Microsoft Publisher in order to demonstrate the ability to use technology in the teaching/learning process.
• The participant will create a student prototype and a scoring tool to assess product in order to demonstrate the ability to use technology in the teaching/learning process.
• The participant will create and peer-assess a Healthy Action Plan using Microsoft Publisher in order to demonstrate the ability to use technology in the teaching/learning process.
• The participant will create a lesson in which they integrate Publisher into the teaching/learning process.
• The participant will share their completed Publisher Inservice Activity Template and presentation in order to demonstrate the ability to use technology in the teaching/learning process.
