The Learning Management Systems (LMS) consortium consists of a group of ten Maryland school systems, working in conjunction with MSDE and other grant initiatives, with the goal of enhancing Learning Management System products and piloting professional development resources that will enable teachers and administrators access to online resources, communication tools, and professional development.
