in an increasingly complex and information-rich society,
students, teachers, and administrators must use technology
effectively.
It is the mission of the Office of Instructional
Technology to:
- Provide leadership in the integration of technology
to improve student achievement and teacher productivity.
- Provide leadership to schools and offices in
the development and implementation of e-Learning
initiatives.
- Provide teachers and staff with professional
development opportunities in technology integration
that support research-based instructional practices.
- Facilitate the Instructional Software and
Web Based Resources Evaluation Process to
identify software and web based resources that
meet instructional goals.
