Network Support Services

The Network Support Services (NSS) and Telecommunications team provides data and voice network infrastructure support to over 175 locations, with over 130,000 users, and utilizing more than 60,000 computers and other devices. Services provided include data and voice cable and wireless design and installation coordination, data backup, e-mail/collaboration, firewall, core infrastructure, server, video conferencing gateway, user, and Web filtering administration, wide and local area network connectivity, and external connectivity to Baltimore County Government, CCBC, and other entities.
