| Description/Overview | Integrated with Community Advocacy Slam Dunk Research Model. You’ve been asked to serve on your neighborhood association because the neighborhood is dealing with issues such as increased violence, truancy, graffiti, rat infestation, etc. The committee is very interested in having teen input on possible solutions. How has [the issue you chose] impacted your communities and what course of action do you advocate as a solution? Using the information from your research, create a public service announcement for your neighborhood association to use within your community that gives an overview of the issue along with possible, realistic solutions that community members can participate in. |
