Evaluating a Book Cover

USE A SCALE OF 1 to 4, where 4 is the highest, as you assess
each aspect below.

The main theme is clear when one first looks at the cover.  
The title helps to accurately suggest the plot.  
The title is easy to read. The title can be read from a distance.  
Space, shapes, contrast, and colors provide information themselves and add to the over-all effectiveness of the cover.  
The information on the cover is accurate and indicates that the artist thoroughly understands the book.  
The design of the cover hints at who might be the intended audience of this book.  
The cover accomplishes its purpose with its intended audience.  
There is a feeling of wholeness about the cover. It does not seem like a jumble of detail or information.  
The cover is appealing to me and makes me interested in the book.
