Frances O. Fleming Memorial Fund

Frances O. Fleming was Supervisor and Coordinator of the Office of Library Services, Baltimore County Public Schools from the early 1960's to 1981. Upon her death, her family, friends, and colleagues set up a memorial fund to be used to further professional librarianship and special programs to students in the Baltimore County Public Schools. Those of us who remember Fran would agree that the Parent Internet Education initiative would be highly approved of by those who made the contributions in Fran's memory and by Fran herself.
