The book  Night  takes place in Germany during the Nazi regime. To have a better understanding of this nonfiction selection, you will need to become familiar with the people, places, and events of this time in world history.

Research a topic of this time period and explain how your topic affected the outcome of history and future generations.

You will present your ideas during a class discussion, by creating a video, or by using a Web 2.0 tool (Rubric) such as VoiceThread or Podcast/Vodcast.
